ICON General Contractors, LLC is currently seeking an AP Specialist

Primary Duties to consist of: Vendor/Subcontractor Relations, managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs, analyzing workflow processes by project, ensuring invoices are paid in a timely and accurate manner per work order and Master Subcontract Agreements, processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account and vendor contract maintenance, recording entries and reconciling Accounts Payable.
