**Job Description**

The A&P Mechanic maintains and repairs airframe, powerplant and avionics systems to keep our seaplanes safe, reliable, and airworthy. This role inspects, troubleshoots, and services structural, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, and basic avionic systems, ensuring all work meets Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) standards and approved maintenance procedures.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform routine and non-routine inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on aircraft systems and components.
+ Maintain and repair structural, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, and basic avionic systems on seaplanes and related aircraft.
+ Inspect aircraft components for wear, damage, or defects and determine whether parts require repair, overhaul, or replacement.
