AP Manager

Our client is an international organization based in Geneva.
The position requires to handle the following:<

- Lead and manage the Accounts Payable team
- Set priorities, KPIs, and performance standards
- Ensure accurate and timely invoice processing
- Oversee vendor payments (including foreign currency wires)
- Monitor AP ageing and manage payment cycles
- Supervise month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing
- Review AP-related balance sheet reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with policies (expenses, credit cards, controls)
- Drive process improvements and system enhancements
- Support and lead cross-functional projects (Finance, IT, Procurement)
