Overview

Permanent/full-time position working Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Located 10 minutes from Pakenham on a 40-acre property with beautiful, serene landscapes. Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Nursing team at Maryknoll Therapeutic Community.
• Mentor and develop a small team of Enrolled Nurses and enhance their knowledge through peer consult and training.
• Conduct nursing risk assessments, noting any pre-existing medical conditions and their treatment plan and monitor these conditions throughout the residents' stay.
• Contribute and participate in admissions, intake and discharge review and process, with reference to Physical Health and Mental Health as Life Domains.
