Anti-Social Behaviour Officer

The role Were looking for an Anti-Social BehaviourOfficer to join our leading Anti-Social Behaviour service in the Housing team here at Southern Housing. Reporting to the ASB Manager, youll deliver excellent service to residents affected by ASB. Youll triage new ASB reports, assess situations, and create action plans to investigate, manage risks, and support those affected. Youll manage a varied ASB caseload, investigate incidents, evaluate evidence, and take appropriate action, including legal remedies. Youll also contribute to neighbourhood strategies to tackle ASB . Responsibilities include: Completing risk assessments and dynamically assess situations to tackle ASB and support complainants. Investigating reports of nuisance, harassment, and anti-social behaviour (and occasionally domestic abuse), and determine appropriate actions.
