Must have skills:
- Hands on experience in Transactions monitoring with end-to-end case ownership
- Strong sanctions screening experience
- Demonstrated decision making ability (case conclusions, escalation judgement, SAR recommendations)
- Excellent written and Verbal communication skills
- Prior Experience working in a banking or financial services AML environment
Nice to have:
- Exposure to regulatory expectations (OFAC, Sanctions)
- Quality assurance or case review experience.
