Animal Operations Supervisor

Work Schedule:
Monday – Thursday 7.45am – 4pm, Friday 7.45am – 3.30pm. Weekends on rota.

Responsibilities

• Direct line management including coaching, performance management, recruitment and other management duties.
• Schedule and coordinate proactively and in conjunction with other groups or departments the daily activities of the group and liaise with other groups, sections and departments.
• Organise necessary resources for conducting all relevant study or non‑study related tasks and participate in the study performance.
• Assure appropriate communication within the group, particularly for dissemination of information such as study progress, facility procedures, quality, health and safety, business updates and any other departmental or company communications.
• Understand and interpret study plans, identify problems arising from the study plan or during study conduct, and take appropriate action.
