Job Description
Through regular site visits the Chaplain will be a pastoral presence to build relationships of trust and connection with individuals and teams who provide a wide range of services in housing, community services and aged care.
The Chaplain will be a respectful listener and a warm engager, with well-developed communication skills and a capacity to offer pastoral care and support to individuals and groups from a diverse range of backgrounds, and life experiences. Through this, opportunities to further engage creatively in workplace spirituality and work with other members of the Chaplaincy Team may arise.
The Chaplain will be eligible for licensing in the Diocese of Adelaide and can be a suitably qualified lay person or member of the clergy.
