$275/hour 
6 month contract (possibly longer) 
 Mon-Fri available 7a-5:30p (10hrs + 30min lunch) 
Coverage Need ASAP 
EMR: EPIC 
 Hospital Bed size: 700  
Travel is covered 
Must be board certified 
IL licensed 
 Credentialing Timeframe: temp privileges within 30 days, need verified references  
 Trauma 1 Center, cardiac unit and peds are performed by Dr. not CRNA. GI suite has a CRNA.  
 Knees, ortho, necks  
 Can confirm without interview within 48 hours or head CRNA can chat for interviews
