Position Highlights:
* Schedule: Full-time with flexible shift options
* Compensation Package:
* Base Salary: $550,000
* Cardiac Stipend: $35,000
* Metric Bonus: $25,000
* Sign-On Bonus: $150,000
* Paid Time Off: 12 weeks PTO
Practice Overview:
* Level II Trauma Center
* Manage a variety of high-acuity cases, including adult cardiac cases (no fellowship required)
* Collaborative team environment with 3 anesthesiologists and a team of CRNAs (CRNAs in-house 24/7)
* Call schedule is 1:4 with beeper call coverage (30-minute response radius)
* Post-call first out
