Licensing Requirements

• Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) License
• Full Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) License
• Mandatory Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada (FRCPC)

Position Overview

The Comox Valley Anesthesia Group is seeking locum anesthesiologists for flexible coverage opportunities between July 1 and September 30, 2027. Physicians may select from a variety of available dates and are not required to commit to the entire coverage period. Locum assignments ranging from one week to several weeks are welcomed.

This opportunity offers a broad community anesthesia practice with exposure to Orthopedics, General Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynecology, and Pediatric Anesthesia for patients aged 2 years and older.
