**Job Summary:**

**Qualified Candidates:**

+ Proficiency in OB Anesthesia (350 deliveries/year) peripheral nerve blocks, and vascular access/line placement
+ Comfortable with independent/solo practice in a rural setting
+ Experience with pediatric, OB, peripheral nerve blocks, spinal and epidurals and central line placement
+ Adaptable to variable call demands and case mix
+ Values autonomy and a wide scope of practice

**Call Structure:**

+ 1:4 solo call model
+ Call responsibilities: surgical cases, OB and other hospital needs including ED support, airway management, and line placement
+ >50% callback rate on primary call nights
+ Must be available within 30 minutes of the hospital while on call
