**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

**CHI St. Alexius Health** is seeking a BC/BE **Anesthesiologist** on a PRN basis to join our team in Bismarck, ND. This 185 bed, Level II Trauma center provides comprehensive care to the Bismarck/Mandan area and serves as a regional referral center. It has a 14-bed closed ICU with 24/7 Intensivist coverage and round the clock Hospitalist service.

**Practice Details** :

+ MDA fellowship is not required
+ Anesthesia team is comprised of 6.4 full-time and 2 PRN physicians as well as 17 CRNAs
+ Coverage of one hospital
+ Broad case mix: Cardiothoracic, Pediatric, General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Urology, Neuro, etc
+ Surgical suites, endoscopy suite, cardiac cath labs, PACU, EP lab
+ Care team model with medical direction of CRNAs (except bypass cases)
+ Physicians sit cardiac cases (TEE comfortability a must) and run labor epidural service
+ EPIC EMR
