At RBA, we are seeking to fill our Andrologist position with an individual who is passionate about working in the field of fertility and has at least one year of experience working in a laboratory setting. The Andrologist performs the laboratory procedures in Reproductive Chemistry and Andrology required for an in-vitro fertilization (IVF) cycle including hormone assay, preparation of semen samples for artificial insemination, cryopreservation of sperm, and complete sperm analysis assessed. 

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm. Saturday and Sunday call rotation, 8 a.m. – Noon, and holiday rotation

Essential Responsibilities:
Perform all andrology laboratory services, including preparation of semen samples for intrauterine insemination (IUI), sperm cryopreservation, and comprehensive semen analysis.
