Analytics Officer

About the role

As an Analytics Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the operations of the Collections Department by generating the required reports providing related analysis regarding collections processes and trends. The purpose of this role is to ensure all the collections teams’ data gathering, reporting, and analysis needs are met to enhance the decision-making process.

How you’ll contribute

• Gather and consolidate large collections of data from dialer and collections systems to be made available for reporting needs
• Maintain the developed standard set of performance reports to evaluate all collections processes (operative reports, productivity reports, efficiency reports, etc.), and portfolio changes (cure rate trends, recovery rate trends, cost-efficiency trends, etc.) and ensure they are delivered to the responsible parties within an acceptable timefram...
