Role Overview

The Reporting and Analytics Developer is responsible for designing and delivering reporting, analytics, and visualization solutions that transform data into actionable insights. Beyond implementation, the role plays a key part in developing and improving reporting practices by challenging requirements, sparring with stakeholders, and bringing new ideas into how data is utilized.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using mainly Power BI
• Design clear, user-friendly visualizations and KPI frameworks
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actively challenge and refine them
• Provide actionable insights through data analysis and reporting
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders as a sparring partner
• Support self-service analytics and ad-hoc reporting
