Our client, a UK headquartered pharmaceutical CRO, are sourcing an Analytical Team Leader based in the Midlands, to lead their analytical function within the pharmaceutical sector.

This senior role involves providing scientific and team leadership, managing a diverse portfolio of projects involving small molecules and emerging modalities. The successful candidate will oversee day‑to‑day project delivery, ensure high‑quality analytical outputs, support method development, and troubleshoot technical issues.
