**Description:**
You will be the Analytical Laboratory Manager for the brand new Energetics Laboratory in Troy, AL. Our team provides high quality analytical chemistry support for energetic material programs, ensuring safety, compliance and rapid, reliable data for engineers and scientists across the enterprise.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Analytical Laboratory Manager you will build and lead a multidisciplinary group of chemists and technicians, develop and enforce SOPs, and oversee day to day operations. You will collaborate with engineers, scientists and other lab staff to design experiments, troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a safe, organized work environment.
