Under the general supervision of the IT Service Coordinator, the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the continuity of operational services such as Microsoft domains, server environment management, multi‑site VPN links, backups, and management of software and hardware components of the LAN/WAN infrastructure. The incumbent will also be expected to work and assist the existing team, analyze and align technological needs to meet the business needs and objectives of the school board’s strategic plan, propose development or optimization plans for the infrastructure and ensure their implementation.
