• Strategic Planning: Develop the supply plan based on validated sales forecasts and define optimal stock parameters to meet our service level, cost, and overall inventory targets.
• Flow Management: Manage the replenishment process, assess stock-out risks, and communicate priorities to ensure a smooth and responsive supply chain.
• Continuous Optimization: Implement inventory policies, update logistical specifications, and act as a true partner to internal teams.
• Analysis & Reporting: Monitor performance indicators, identify opportunities for improvement, and share your analyses to support decision‑making.
