We are seeking an Analyst, Vendor Management to contribute to Labour Services for low-risk contracts (SOWs/Work Orders), review and approval for TPM managed suppliers within Technology, and manage contract execution, invoicing, and pool management activities. This role ensures compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Contract review and approval in collaboration with contract owners, supplier relationship managers, and suppliers to understand technology Labour services demand and workload planning.
• Execute technology Labour services contracts and maintain a streamlined review/approval process aligned with business strategies and regulatory requirements.
• Support supplier relationship managers with data analytics for the technology Labour portfolio (contracts/amendments processed, rejected contracts, work at risk...
