The role ensures that all technology changes are implemented in a controlled, compliant, and business-aligned manner, minimizing risk while maximizing value. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational stability and enabling continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and govern the end-to-end technology change management lifecycle
- Develop, implement, and enforce change management policies, standards, and frameworks
- Manage and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
- Assess and approve technology change requests based on risk, impact, and readiness
