Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Analyst/Senior Analyst, Environmental and Regulatory Projects will advise on federal, state, and local agency requirements as well as industry standards relevant to the permitting, construction, and operation of Liquefied Natural Gas (“LNG”) facilities. Under general supervision, the Analyst will support permitting projects through all phases of the FERC regulatory process, other environmental permitting, including legal challenges to permits, and general regulatory support of LNG and pipeline projects in the development and construction phases.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES
The Analyst/Senior Analyst will work to support the Environmental and Regulatory Department’s overall mission of permitting new projects and expansions, providing compliance support, and evaluating regulatory changes across a wide range of regulatory programs, including but not limited to such programs developed under the NGA, NEPA, the Clean Air Act...
