Job Description

Develop various applications to automate business processes and enhance operational excellence within call center operations and analytics.

Assist in the study, design, implementation, testing, and rollout of diverse programs.

Provide ongoing user support for applications and their functionalities
The Person
Degree or Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline

3+ year relevant IT experience, with solid knowledge in application development, system analysis & design, implement, maintenance or technical support

In-depth knowledge on programming languages, such as Python, PHP, Java, .NET and MS SQL

Proficiency in VBA and Excel skill would be an advantage
