Analyst, Product Insights & Competitive Research

Responsibilities

• Own market monitoring activities that identify relevant competitor activities and industry/market trends.
• Compile, write and publish the team’s bi‑weekly competitive newsletters with appropriate context and analytical perspective.
• Support the development and maintenance of the centralized intelligence repository and/or team content sites by building, designing and/or updating materials.
• Prepare competitive reports and presentation material including, but not limited to, market positioning, executive dashboards/summaries, product battlecards, etc.
• Run and maintain product rates in a comprehensive repository for reporting and/or analysis.
• Serve as the external coordinator of information with third‑party vendors.
• Provide team operational support through project monitoring and tracking and inbox oversight.
