Handle and maintain confidential records on all Texas Tech University prospects and applicants.Research issues regarding application documents and problem solve; anticipate next steps and prioritize workload.Answer calls through call center software and provide accurate information to callers regarding TTU processes, policies, and next-steps.Cross train on all processes within Admissions processing.Oversee assigned files as well as a specialization within the unit, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processes.Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge/proficiency in operation of Microsoft Office Suite, ten key and call center software, as well as admissions policies and procedures, enrollment goals, and university facts.Ability to learn and become proficient with customer relationship software and various other software applications is required.Ability t...
