Expected to support experienced hire recruiting for one or more divisions Understand the job specifications and the hiring function’s deliverables in depthWork on varied sourcing avenues to build a strong pipeline of potential candidates Ensuring a healthy pipeline till closure, report sourcing risks upfrontProviding recruiting activity management reports and metrics .Work on varied recruiting projects to improve recruiting process efficiency.
