Analyst – M&A | AI-Driven Investment Banking  Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid or Remote) Type: Full-time At Aventis Advisors , we advise founders and investors in the technology and growth sectors on M&A transactions with strategic and private equity buyers.

While many of our deals have roots in Central Europe, our ambition is global—and we’re scaling fast.

We’re looking for an Analyst who is not only strong in financial analysis and research, but also fluent in AI tools and excited to use them to accelerate every part of our workflow—from valuation to content creation.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in an unstructured environment, takes initiative, and wants to have an immediate impact.
