The Team The Insights & Actions Partner will be a key member of the Workforce Planning & Future of Work team aligned to our business-focused #peopleforward capabilities. Specifically focusing on supporting various divisions, functions, and scaling AI-enabled analytical outcomes.

The Impact This is an exciting opportunity to help build and shape how our Workforce Planning & Future of Work team enable enterprise-wide Organizational Health, Workforce Planning Consulting, and people analytics capabilities. The Insights & Actions Partner will play an integral role in driving and enabling data-driven people outcomes and people strategies to ensure the appropriate scale and business impacts are achieved.
