• Ensure the quality of deliveries from the service provider
• Involve in projects and deliver work packages assigned
• Conduct in-house user trainings & IT as well as user testing
• Willing to travel abroad if neccesary

Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any other relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP or relevant functional support experience in a non-SAP solution
• Basic knowledge of development and database
• Strong at logical thinking, analytical troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Minimum 1 year of experience with good IT technical knowledge will be an advantage
