Job Description

Role Purpose:

To ensure the continuous improvement process is supported by the units to deliver sustainable and increased productivity.

To ensure that all IE activities are maintained to recognized levels of best practice to deliver world class performance.
Roles & Responsibilities 
Drive and support Kaizen and continuous improvement activities on the shop floor.

Identify waste and improve processes using Lean and IE tools.

Analyse key performance data (productivity, efficiency, OTIF, WIP) to support decisions.

Improve workflows, layouts, and manpower utilization.

Support problem solving and root cause analysis to close performance gaps.

Ensure improvements follow safety standards and standard work.

Lead and support Kaizen initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, safety, and cost.
