Analyst II, Implementation

Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Analyst II, Implementation for their Remote location. Responsibilities: Project & Client Management:

+ Run small-scope projects independently as both Project Manager and Technical Analyst

+ Serve as Technical Analyst on larger, multi-product, cross-functional implementation projects

+ Manage client expectations, scope, and escalations through go-live and stabilisation phases

+ Lead client calls, training sessions, and on-site go-live and hypercare support

+ Ability to engage and coordinate other technical resources as needed during complex implementations

Requirements:

+ Mid-level implementation specialist (5–8 years experience) delivering FIS imaging and payments solutions across distributed capture, ATM, ImageCentre, DirectLink, and remittance platforms
