Analyst - HRIS Reporting

Overview

Under the direction of the HRIS Function Manager for Reporting, the HRIS Reporting Analyst focuses on developing and designing employment related reporting solutions and data analytics to assist global Human Resources function in achieving their strategic goals and objectives. The HRIS Reporting role is responsible for delivering end-to-end reporting solutions for Oracle Fusion HCM. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI, along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and develop meaningful, accurate reports.
