Analyst – Corporate Advisory
Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with the Bank /Group’s team to manage corporate finance engagements.

Financial and statistical analysis, financial modelling, writing and presentation of reports.

Corporate finance technical work including valuation, and the accompanying research work and preparation of support documents.

Performing due diligence services and processing of corporate advisory general works.

Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors and other relevant stakeholders within the Group.
