**Job Summary/Purpose**

Performs a wide variety of data analyses to correct complex billing exceptions.

**Job Duties/Responsibilities**

+ Research and resolves assigned complex billing exceptions related to Collective, Net Meter, and Device Management.
+ Recognizes data inconsistencies and irregularities and reports issues to supervisor.
+ Supports the review of billing practices to ensure consistent resolution, and adherence to Billing Practices and Rules for each Operating Company.
+ Documents analyses using a consistent methodology and nomenclature to ensure that analyses are preserved for future use.
+ Works within the scope and framework of larger projects defined by supervisor.
