We’re growing!!  And looking for a passionate, driven, and energetic candidate to join our team for the position of Asset Management Analyst located in our Head Office in Guelph, Ontario.

Compensation:  Starting at $55,000.00 annually plus bonus.

Job Description: Looking for a chance to make your mark in a fast-paced, professional, and fun environment? As the successful candidate you will be responsible for responsible for supporting the end-to-end acquisition process for both the Skyline Industrial and Retail REITs.

This role is responsible for researching information and interpreting data to support transaction negotiations, as well as conducting due diligence.

This role will also assist with financial evaluations and will collaborate cross-functionally with internal accounting, Property Management, and Construction teams as necessary when supporting closing and transactions.
