Analog EDA Lead Engineer

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related field of study
+ 4-8 years of relevant EDA/CAD experience combined with a passion for automation
+ 2-3 years of technical lead as Analog Frontend

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Good CMOS circuits basics, analog circuits simulation and layout experience
+ Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
+ Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
+ Ability to take the initiative and drive to results
+ Skills to manage time, delegate and multi-task at work
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Mentoring and experience with people management will be added advantage
+ Team-work is imperative in this role
