Senior Support Analyst - São Paulo (Contract)

Location: Barueri, São Paulo, Brazil

Salary: R$2,900.00 - R$4,000.00

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to company users across solutions used, including network, print, desktop, telephony, mobile, and notebooks.
• Ensure availability to work during business hours, 100% on-site at Unidade Cotia.
• Maintain and create technical procedures in the knowledge base.
• Handle ticketing with compliance to SLA metrics, addressing requests quickly and efficiently to ensure user satisfaction.
• Control technology assets.
• Possess knowledge of user and folder creation in SharePoint and Office 365 management (optional advantage).
• Analytical profile required; high demand in the company’s manufacturing activities; must follow company standard operating procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed in certain areas.
