Responsibilities

• Manage service requests and incidents through support management tools, including troubleshooting, follow‑up, and first‑level issue resolution.
• Provide remote and on‑site support for devices, applications, connectivity, and productivity tools such as Microsoft 365.
• Install, configure, and perform basic maintenance on technology equipment and peripherals.
• Escalate incidents when required, ensuring compliance with established response and resolution times.
• Maintain updated technical documentation, inventories, and technology asset records.
• Support technology deployments and internal initiatives related to infrastructure and technical support.
