Responsibilities Manages professional team(s) and department(s). Integrates expertise and industry expertise within a defined area. Advises on standards around which others will operate. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function. Coordinates and contributes to the objectives of the entire function. Uses communication and diplomacy skills to guide and influence others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasionally external customers. Manages a small team, or functions as a single incumbent with management responsibilities for a function. Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy. Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members. Ability to manage teams. Qualifications 2-5 years of relevant experience.
