The Role

This role ensures compliance with labor regulations and timely submission of employee movements to internal systems and external institutions, contributing to operational continuity and employee satisfaction.

• Collect, capture, and validate payroll incidences such as overtime, salary differences, bonuses, gratifications, and aids using systems like Kronos and spreadsheets.

• Process employee hires, terminations, and changes for hourly personnel in Workday.

• Support supervisors with overtime, vacation, and leave authorizations in Kronos.
