- Proceso integral de Order management (ingreso , Alocación y coordinar entrega)
- Reducción y optimización de costo de entrega
- Cumplir con target de Nivel de servicio - Lead time
- Dar soporte a ventas y a clientes del status de cada orden
- Liderar procesos colaborativos con clientes, generando optimización.
- Front office de Supply para organizacion interna y optimización de recursos.
