We are looking for a AMZL Performance Manager to own the end-to-end network performance monitoring, analysis, and improvement function within Amazon's Last Mile Brazil organization. This role sits within the Ops Excellence team, part of the Partner Strategy & Experience (PSX) organization, covering the EDSP (External Delivery Service Provider), AMPL (Amazon Partner Logistics), and AMXL (Amazon Extra Large) programs.

As an Individual Contributor, you will be the single-threaded owner of AMZL performance in a overall visibility — building and maintaining dashboards, conducting root cause analyses, tracking corrective actions, and providing data-driven recommendations that move operational metrics in the right direction.
