Slade Pharmacy in partnership with Epworth Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced clinical pharmacist to join our team as the AMS Pharmacist Lead.  This is a permanent full-time Grade 3 or 4 pharmacist position (dependant on experience). Together with the AMS Infectious Diseases Physician program lead, the infection prevention team and hospital executive members, the successful candidate will direct the pharmacist-led Antimicrobial Stewardship program across Epworth Healthcare.
