In this role, you will provide mentoring to operational leadership on safe work processes and health policies. Your responsibility will include coaching site personnel in safety management while collaborating with the Health & Safety Manager for improvement strategies. Effectively executing safety programs aligned with corporate standards is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop safe work processes for operational functions
• Guide personnel in safety and loss control issues
• Lead training modules on corporate safety practices
• Execute claims management in partnership with CNESST
• Champion the adherence to safety protocols and policies
Requirements:
• Education in Health and Safety or related field
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience required
• Ongoing pursuit of CRSP certification
