Ammonia/Refrigeration Technician

Shift: 4:00 PM-4:30 AM

Hourly Rate: $41.85 an hour + $1.50 shift differential

**Essential Job Functions:**

+ Reports to the Plant Facilities Manager.
+ Work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime, hours are 4:00 p.m. - 4:30 a.m., schedule of 2/3, 3/2, 2/3.
+ Pay rate based on experience: Ammonia Tech. I - $41.85/hr., Ammonia Tech. II - $44.07/hr., + $1.00 shift premium.
+ Regular attendance to ensure production requirements are met.
+ Read blueprints, drawings, and plans.
+ Knowledge of Planned Maintenance
+ Complete work/purchase order requests.
+ Responsible moving up to 50 lbs.

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Troubleshoot and repair heating, ventilation, air, and refrigeration equipment involving ammonia or other refrigerants following safety standards.
+ Perform daily checks on all refrigeration systems/equipment.
+ Lead the refrigeration team to accomplish tasks or resolve issues.
