Job Description

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

To develop, coordinate and control aircraft Base maintenance events by ensuring optimal use of manpower, materials, and hangar resources to support efficient workflow execution, cost-effective operations, and industry-leading turnaround times (TAT).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops detailed project plans, work packages, and maintenance schedules for heavy checks, modifications, and any other maintenance tasks required.
• Coordinates task sequencing and resource allocation to minimize downtime and meet Turn Around Time (TAT) targets, while monitoring productivity and adjust work plans to maintain optimum staffing levels.
• Monitors task progress through status reviews and performance tracking and adjusts plans based on findings and evolving operational requirements.
