AMC Manager What you’ll do: Lead laser cutting operations through direct supervision of Production Supervisors (AMG Leader), Process and Launch Engineers Manage AMC deployment, aligning daily actions with Quality and Maintenance stakeholders Drive Tier 1–2–3 governance and ensure SQDCM boards reflect accurate data and actions Respond quickly to production risks, engineering changes, or PCP updates Audit and improve process stability (speed, power, scrap, markers) Build leadership culture in shift teams with standard work, visual controls, and action escalation Coordinate root cause analysis and countermeasure implementation (8D, PDCA) Assign resources, assume responsibility, and provide leadership to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems (objectives, policies, legal requirements, etc.).
