Job Overview:
We're looking for a hands-on Amazon Operations & Brand Specialist who can fully own catalog health, brand performance, and reimbursements. This role is for someone who understands Amazon deeply and can manage things end-to-end without hand-holding.
Key Responsibilities: Catalog Management
Create, optimize, and maintain Amazon listings (parent/child, variations)
Handle flat files, bulk uploads, and complex catalog issues
Fix suppressed, stranded, inactive, and broken listings
Category changes, browse node corrections, attribute fixes
Coordinate with Seller Support for catalog resolutions
Brand & Account Management
Optimize listings for conversion and ranking
Analyze business reports and make data-driven decisions
Reimbursements & FBA Audits
