Purpose
The G.O® Amazing Family leads the family‑focused activities at the resort, boosting participation and ensuring quality experiences for families.
Scope & Missions
- Report to the Events Manager.
- Set up and host families’ games to help families spend time together.
- Boost families’ participation through efficient communication within the resort.
- Be responsible for Amazing Family! material (usage, cleaning, tidying) so it is always in good quality and available for the G.M®s.
- Provide educational support to the G.O®s team to ensure their help during key times of the project (e.g., the Escape Game).
